Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Les Événements Sponsart operates the Les Belles de décembre website. This policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you browse the website, subscribe to the newsletter or contact us.

Information collected and how it is used

For the newsletter, we collect your email address and your consent to send you news about the exhibition. If you write to us, we receive your address and the content of your message so that we can respond to your request, including requests about groups, media or sponsorships. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.

The website uses Wix. Technical data, such as your IP address, browser and connection logs, may be processed to keep the website running and secure. Cookies and third-party services are described in our Cookie Policy.

Your consent

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional. You can withdraw your consent by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to us. This withdrawal applies to future mailings and does not affect previous uses permitted by law. Choosing not to subscribe does not prevent you from browsing the website or visiting the exhibition.

Access, service providers and retention

The information is intended for people who need it to handle your request and for the providers required to deliver these services, including Wix for hosting and the newsletter, as well as the email services used for our correspondence. It may also be disclosed where permitted or required by law.

Wix and its providers may process information outside Québec. The applicable rules may then differ from those in Québec. Retention must be limited to the time needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations; information that is no longer needed must be destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the law.

Your rights and requests

You may request access to your personal information and ask for it to be corrected. Under the conditions provided by law, you may also request that certain computerized information be provided in a structured, commonly used format. Verification of your identity may be necessary. A written response to a request for access or correction must be sent within 30 days of receiving it.
